Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the ManageDukaan mobile application ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ManageDukaan is a digital tool designed to assist small shop owners with inventory management, supplier tracking, and sales records. It is an information management tool only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
India-Specific Focus: This app is intended for use by residents of India.
You acknowledge that under Indian law, businesses are subject to specific turnover thresholds for mandatory GST registration and other tax compliances. It is your sole responsibility to monitor your business turnover and stay informed about the prevailing legal limits applicable to your business. ManageDukaan does not monitor your turnover for tax purposes and will not notify you if you exceed statutory thresholds.
ManageDukaan (and its owners/developers) shall not be held responsible for any tax implications, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from your business operations or failure to comply with tax laws. All reports and data generated by the App are based on the data you enter. The App is not a substitute for a Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax professional.

Access to certain features may require a periodic fee. All payments are processed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms of service.
Your data is stored locally and may be synced to the cloud. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All code, designs, and brand assets related to ManageDukaan are the exclusive property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for your internal business purposes only.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
